Creating Through The Catalogue | Dressed To Impress

7 August 2020

Today's edition of Creating through the catalogue looks at the Dressed to Impress stamp set (page 23) and the coordinating dies All Dressed Up Dies. I have used this set for so many cards as it is perfect for the beautiful women in your life.

For the first card I brought out the Boho Indigo medley designer series paper again as I just adore blue and white. I added the Night of Navy ribbon from the Playing with Patterns Ribbon combo pack and the Misty Moonlight bakers twine from the Flowers For Every Season ribbon combo pack. It is hard to see in the photo, however I added some of the Shimmery Crystal Effects to the perfume bottle to give it the look of glass.

For the second card I used the Artistry Blooms designer series paper, Stampin' Blends to match the colour of the cut out lipstick pieces to draw the lipstick lines, I used a piece of the Rococco Rose scalloped linen ribbon, the Stitched So Sweetly dies for the sentiment and I drew a dot of each lipstick colour and put on top a clear Elegant Faceted Gem so the colour would show through.
