Team Challenge | Dandelion Wishes

21 October 2020

Welcome back! My team member Anna Hands (https://www.stampsathand.com) have been working hard together to continue to create team challenges. We have different colours and methods we usually use in our every day cards and we take it in turns to come up with a challenge. We have been trying to use colours, designer series paper and stamp sets that we either haven't used yet or don't naturally go to. It is a great way to expand your crafting style!!

This challenge was to include the Dandelion Wishes stamp set, the colours Petal Pink, Basic Gray & Very Vanilla. We also had to use the In Good Taste designer series paper.

Here are our results (my card is the first one, Anna's the second).

What do you think about the two different cards? I think it is interesting we both decided the Gray Granite shimmer ribbon suited our cards!! As we have been in lockdown still we Houseparty together while we are crafting, so we can't actually see what each other is using as we have the screens focused on our faces so we can see each other when talking.

We can't wait until we can do this face to face again!!

In my last blog post I mentioned I had applied to Stampin' Up! to get approval for my team name. Well I got the good new back yesterday that it has been approved!!
My team is now called:

The Phoenix KISS

KISS stands for Keeping It Simple Stampers!! The Phoenix has a lot of meaning to me, I have a tattoo of a Phoenix on my arm. This symoblises my struggles with mental health issues and a reminder that I can rise from the ashes!! I now have to created an image for my team which I may ask Chris, my husband for assistance as he has graphic design skills.
I provide a lot of support to my team members, if it is assisting them to navigate the Stampin' Up! website to create an order, or to become a Stampin' Up! demonstrator. I also have team meetings for those of my demonstrators who wish to create a business with Stampin' Up! We create together and hold challenges. I provide as much technical support I can, and if I don't know the answers I will find them! We are a great team who have become friends.

If you would like to join my family of Stampin' Up! demonstrators, even if it is to get the 20-25% discount off your products. Then I would love you to join The Phoenix KISS team!!!
